Cosmo's Scepter is the fourth tool you can buy in the Rebirth Shop in Mining Simulator 2. It costs 16,250 gems with a mining power of 1,350 & mining speed of 650.

Not sure who Cosmo is, but he has a pretty cool scepter. The perfect tool for mining quickly.
